LEVEL 1

  • Run pick-up games 2 nights a week

  • Collaborate with Nederlandse Basketbal Bond & Gemeente Den Haag to source potential locations

  • Work with Provincie Zuid Holland for permits

  • Sign-up basketball partners for sponsorships

  • Sign lease and transform location into gym

LEVEL 4

  • Advanced stats tracking live

  • App live with booking system, stats, shop

  • Amenities completed

  • Open the gym with at least two courts ready to go

  • Additional amenities added over time

  • Programming live with daily activities
