Terms & conditions
1. General
1.1 Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services of Court City v.o.f., established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, and operator of the website www.courtcity.nl (hereinafter: "Court City").
1.2 Definitions

Participant: Any natural person who participates in events, activities, or uses facilities offered by Court City.

Event: All sports events, training sessions, matches, tournaments, and other activities organized by Court City.

Facilities: All locations, fields, courts, and accommodations made available by Court City.
1.3 Acceptance
By participating in an event, reserving facilities, or using Court City's services, the participant expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations and Registrations
2.1 Procedure
Reservations and registrations can be made via the website www.courtcity.nl, by email, or by phone. A reservation is final upon receipt of confirmation from Court City.
2.2 Payment
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made prior to the event or reservation.
2.3 Cancellation by participant

Cancellation up to 4 hours before commencement: full refund or ticket swap for alternate session. Contact organizer to arrange refund

Cancellation within 24 hours before commencement: no refund
2.4 Cancellation by Court City
Court City reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to force majeure, insufficient participants, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Liability and Injuries
3.1 At own risk
Participation in events and use of Court City's facilities is entirely at the participant's own risk. Sports and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries such as sprains, fractures, muscle tears, overuse injuries, and other physical harm.
3.2 Exclusion of liability for injuries
Court City is not liable for any physical injury, harm, or health problem that a participant sustains during participation in events or when using the facilities, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Court City.
3.3 Medical fitness
The participant declares to be medically healthy and fit to participate in the relevant sports activity. Court City advises participants to seek medical advice beforehand if in doubt.
3.4 Insurance
It is the participant's responsibility to have adequate sports injury and/or health insurance. Court City bears no responsibility for any medical costs.
3.5 Other liability
Court City is also not liable for:

Theft, loss, or damage to personal property

Damage to vehicles in the parking area

Indirect damage or consequential damage
3.6 Court City's liability
Court City is only liable for direct damage resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Court City. Liability is limited in all cases to a maximum of the amount the participant paid for the relevant event or reservation.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 General behavior
Participants must adhere to the code of conduct and house rules of Court City. Inappropriate behavior, aggression, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in exclusion without right to refund.
4.2 Materials and facilities
Participants must handle Court City's facilities and materials with care. Damage caused by negligence or intent will be charged to the participant.
4.3 Instructions
Participants must follow instructions from organizers, trainers, and Court City staff at all times.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Processing of personal data
Court City processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our privacy policy at www.courtcity.nl.
5.2 Visual material
Photos and videos may be taken during events. By participating, the participant gives permission for publication of visual material on Court City's website and social media, unless the participant explicitly objects to this.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.courtcity.nl, including texts, logos, images, and designs, are the property of Court City and protected by copyright. Use without prior written permission is not permitted.
7. Complaints
Complaints about services can be submitted in writing to Court City via the contact form on www.courtcity.nl or by email. Court City aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
8.1 Dutch law
These terms and conditions and all agreements between Court City and participants are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Competent court
All disputes arising from or related to agreements with Court City shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Court City is established.
9. Amendments
Court City reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments will be announced on www.courtcity.nl and will take effect on the stated date. For events already booked, the terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking will remain in effect.
10. Final Provisions
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are void or annulled, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. Court City will replace the void provision(s) with a valid provision that aligns as closely as possible with the intent of the original provision.
